With 20+ years of experience in healthcare, including 14+ years dedicated to hospital quality management, accreditation, clinical audits and healthcare operations, Mrs. Sapna A.K. Pankaj brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, hospital administration and quality management to healthcare organizations.
She holds an MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management from Symbiosis International University, Pune, an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry, with a GNM background. She is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Her professional training includes NABH implementation, clinical audit, continuous quality improvement and Internal Quality Auditor programs.
Her expertise covers NABH accreditation and implementation, Quality Management Systems (QMS), hospital operations, clinical and non-clinical audits, quality indicators, policy and SOP development, regulatory compliance, staff training and quality improvement projects. She has worked across HCO, SHCO and ECO NABH frameworks, along with CGHS and ECHS requirements.
